Customize Graphite Mould For Powder Sintering

This graphite mould is designed for our Korea client. The Graphite Mold is used in the electric furnace for sintering powder and the working temperature is 1400 Celsius. They used the zirconia material for the mold before but it is fast oxidation and more consumption. We choose the high density graphite block for this high temperature. In order to make the powder sintering graphite mould less oxidation and less consumption, we apply antioxidants to the graphite mould surface. Then the graphite mould is separated with the oxidizing gas to prevent gas from entering the graphite material. The service life is much longer than before.
